PS4 Reaches 7 Million Units Sold

Sony has announced today that the Playstation 4 has now surpassed 7 million, in console sales worldwide. This of course is no suprise as the stock seems to be short everywhere. Sony has also stated that over 20.5 million PS4 games have been sold, making the average PS4 gamer owning almost 3 games each.

So far PS4 sales have been positive since launch, which is a good show in comparison to their VITA handheld. According to VGChartz, the Wii U has sold 6 million unites, and the Xbox One 4.2 million.

With Project Morpheus coming soon, who knows if sales will increase even more.

So what do you think? Do you believe that Sony will continue to sell such a positive amount of units? Comment below!
